Do NOT use this company. My body has been RUINED by Dr Anna De Leo. Don’t go near them. I had to pay another £4.5K on top of the first £11k to get the job “fixed”. It’s just as bad now and the 1 Cosmetic aftercare was next to none. What’s more Dr Anna De Leo tried to make out that somehow I was the problem! Please please please go elsewhere. *1cosmetic replied on the 5th January. See below* I’m reply to their reply 5/1/22- Do not trust what they have written below. I have my surgery in July and did not leave the country till November (I have receipts). The level of aftercare was APPALLING. I have no doubt no such investigation will be made, and I now live with an incredibly ugly incredibly expensive scar from hip to hip with zero compensation. What’s more, as stated in my original post, they had the cheek to charge me for my 2nd operation. The liaison staff are NOT what you would expect from a “luxury” service. Bumbling emails and calls and quite clearly not in communication with the surgeon. I implore you again, don’t waste your time on these cowboys.
