The 'exchange' is a mystery to me, and there's no sign yet of a 'square'. And when the cladding is up we can all make our own judgements about the aesthetics. Then,when it's all done those who live in it will know what sort of homes it provides, and the rest of us will know what it does for the city centre. Meanwhile, we have an evolving skyline that few will have anticipated.
