After a so-so initial appointment when I purchased a wig and a couple of nylon caps, I ordered a few more wigs to try. The second visit was fantastic. Beth was welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful indeed. She readily expressed her opinion and offered plenty tips and advice (which was precisely what I needed and rather expected from the start). If I was to base this review purely on the 2nd appointment, it would be 5*.

So glad i came here staff were brilliant, got a hair topper which when it arrived looked far to dark, they sent for another one and it matched my hair totally, i walked out of the shop wearing it. It has given me so much more confidence and taken years off me my hair was so thin on top. So thankyou Betty Browns. Xx
