Excellent all round. From the first phone call, Mick used his expertise to show me how some other quotes I had received from other companies were not worth the paper they were written on (these companies were trying to sell me inferior products for the same price!) On the day, the lads came in and did a great job, barely any visible cables, no mess and even installed the NVR to the wall for me, saving me a job! Aftercare has been great too - with a few setting able to be tweaked remotely for me to get the best out of my equipment. Have booked them back in to install my alarm later in the year. After using 24-7CCTV I cannot recommend this fabulous company more, from the first enquiry through to completing and fixing our issues they have been 1st class. All staff we liaised with including the engineer who came to our home were nothing short of professional, polite and all knew their stuff! A real rarity these days, a contractor who delivers on what they say and excels in their chosen service. 24-2CCTV were engaged to repair our existing Hikvision installation that had stopped functioning externally, we could only see the footage within our home network along with a firmware issue that meant we only had 12 hours recording. They fixed the communication issue across all devices and now the DVR is back to 3 to 4 weeks recording. 10 out 10! Service: Security cameras

I Used 24-7 to update my alarm and cctv ,the two guys turned up on time and took me through all of the install and asked if i was happy with the proposal as i needed advise on where to put the new equipment. they then took out all of the old stuff that was no longer working and fitted the new .the new system i have is quite different to what i had and works in a different way ,they made sure i was familiar with how to use it and had all the right apps working on our phones as well as the home unit .
