Why oh why oh why have they reverted to their abominable piped 'music'. If the aim is to get shoppers through quickly, it works in my case! Turn it down... better yet OFF!

A staff at the till is rude. She shows a passive attitude to assist the customers and not listen to what the customers say. She just want to get ride of the customers quickly, so she won't be bothered too much.

Very large and busy store with food prices ranging from very cheap to overpriced. Aisles are confusingly labelled so I go to one labelled "soup" and find no soup but later find soup in a distant corner. Self service checkouts tell you to put items in the unmarked bagging area and the screen indicates this is to the left when in fact it is to the right. Why do supermarkets do this ?
