AVOID AT ALL COSTS. £0 ROI after spending £6,187 with 4M. Luke (Founder) takes zero accountability and still insists they did a good job. We engaged with 4M on a 200 hour telemarketing/email campaign, with the expectations of them booking 30 qualified meetings. We gave them all the data and created an extremely simple sales deck, giving them multiple USP's of our business. We even emailed all the clients beforehand to make their calls warm. All they had to do was follow a simple script. But they were completely incompetent. So much so, after 100 hours we had to remove one of their "experienced" campaign managers, because she wasn't able to read the script properly. At 100 hours we forced a review because the results were so poor, the quality of their calls was shocking - they were literally making stuff up about our business and saying stuff that didn't even make sense. We cancelled the contract after 150 hours as they had booked, in total, 4 meetings, 2 of which were actually call backs (not real meetings), and the other two weren't qualified. I cannot stress highly enough how poor our experience was. We entrusted our business development with 4Marketing and we have literally wasted 3 months and £6K+ with ZERO ROI.

I would not recommend working with this company or for this company. Management are very stuck in their ways and not open to being progressive. I have been on many calls with clients wanting to cancel and the business will never take any responsibility for their downfalls. I was also not paid the amount that was owed to me at the end of my contract and then asked to 'earn' the money owed by doing more hours- basically asking me to work for free.

Initially a good experience, but then they had a staff member leave, and after that our campaign results were poor. We tried to explain our concerns to 4 Marketing, but unfortunately they were not receptive and did not take our point of view on board. Their main goal was just running out the final hours of our campaign, rather than on producing good results for us within those hours. I wouldn't recommend this company, but if you do choose to work with them, I would suggest holding some of your payment back until the end, so they have an incentive to produce good quality.
