I spent well over a £1000 with ABC using them to and from work. I got double charged one day, and I now refuse to use them. It was ABC's mistake, yet I was meant to go to my bank to get a statement and prove their mistake. The service became chore.

We booked ABC taxis to take us to our gig in the city. They didn't ring or text us when they arrived so we didn't know they had and the taxi driver drove off without us after a minute or less. We were looking out for the car as well. We waited for at least half an hour for the next taxi and it meant we were late for our gig. We had booked an estate car so we could get all the PA in and they sent us a saloon so it was a real squeeze getting us and the gear in. We were charged £10 and it normally costs about £7. They failed to send us our booked taxi at the end of the evening and claimed we had cancelled the booking which was incorrect. It took my husband at least 10 minutes to get through to the switch board to sort this out. We had to wait another 45 minutes for the next taxi to arrive so we got home very late. I would not recommend this firm as they are not reliable, they are dishonest and their service is disastrous to be frank.

Me and my friends pre booked a taxi to railway station and the taxi was late by 25 minutes , and we couldn’t reach there on time and out whole trip was ruined and we lost out money on tickets. Tried contacting them but no one took the phone at that time
