Family recommended this uncle went there chose carpets 1 week later calls to say can't get hold of the carpets you like can u come choose another which I did again week later can't get hold of this one choose again which I did then finally got hold othe carpet I really liked but when it came to fitting the carpet he bloody took the wrong measurements then had to re order again the same carpet when finally this one came arranged a day for the guys to come and fit the carpet they kept forwarding excuses that they were giving was they so busy or nobody is available never again I will come to this place uncle doesn't even know how to keep a customer happy plus he over charges you arm n leg broad daylight robbery feel sorry for the guys who work for him disgusting customer service

I will never ever buy any carpets/flooring from A&B ever again. As they was short on flooring packs & trims they said they will be back next day to complete job that was started. Because my dad's known them for a long time we gave them the full Balance as we trusted them to be back.. They never returned, after 4 weeks of constant phone calls they came back but was still missing a few floor trims and we still haven't got these from them 8 months later. Looking back even though our family knew them I should have just instead got trading standards involved. Disgrace to the community Avoid!!!
