I received a phone call from Perry to say no one was at my air b&b property when he came to quote and that he had been ringing the bell and knocking on the door for 15 minutes to try and get in. I checked with my cleaner who was there waiting for him and when I checked my ring bell footage, there were no missed calls or evidence of someone trying to knock for 15 minutes. He turned up early for the appointment and by the time I contacted the cleaner to check if she was in and called him back (which was at the actual time the appointment was scheduled for) he had already gone and what was even worse was that he was really rude on the phone, raising his voice, saying they had 8 more appointments to attend and threatening me not to make it his fault and he put the phone down on me. I found him very unpleasant and threatening to deal with, there was no attempt on his part to resolve the situation and we didn’t even get past a quoting stage. There is no way I would want someone like that in my house. Avoid avoid avoid!
