Following on from JT's review. The order is under Mr Taylor. As they presumed we were married. Paid for over £3300 of stone and cladding in February to be delivered end of March. Had a call to deliver middle of February and advised the landscaper who called them to remind them it was end of march. After waiting all morning he advised that we had been taken off the board and had to wait until later that day as they had a bigger delivery. He insisted and when it arrived at 2pm all the cladding was missing. They sold the cladding we paid had paid for to someone else and the shipment due in was stuck in italy. Make your own mind up about title and ownership. Many failed promises later after 3 weeks it arrived. Turned a lovely experience sour. Had to replace some tiles due to damage and bought another 12. Had some kind of refund at one point but nobody knows why. Following in from the review the landscaper ( who does your show display and you recommended) left the day before the job was finished to go to Turkey and when I messaged him whilst on holiday he said I will sort when back. He did say he saw 2 tiles previously chipped and told one of his staff who didn't say anything. You charged me for all replacement 12 tiles although 51 were sub standard. The landscaper said Denise said she wouldn't do anything about it and he stated that if he took every tile back that wasn't perfect he would be sending over 50 percent back. A fact I told Heather on the phone. So please do not say you replaced a tile when you did not and please so not say 6 weeks later when it wasn't. The landscaper was not here for the last day. There is no mention in your reply about taking my delivery off the board and the team standing around for 6 hours or the fact you sold my cladding and then promised delivery every week which didn't materialise. I would rather you reply about these matters than reply with inaccuracies.
