Feel let down by the NHS and the government, my Mum has severe mental illness and for 2 days she has been sat in a&e without a bed with a chair to sleep on, it’s awful she was promised a bed and she just been left. Her psychiatrist appointment was cancelled in January and she has relapsed after only being well for 4 months. As a family we all felt her medication needed increasing but this never happened as her appointment was cancelled. I think it’s appalling to leave someone who mentally ill and very distressed in this state. I feel the NHS has fallen apart.

Absolutely the worst hospital to be at. My girlfriend fainted I called for help, the receptionist didn’t even care, she was like,”yeah yeah someone will be there”, everyone is so slow, when drawing blood from my girlfriend, they missed her vain 4 times, they changed to the elbow missed again and then to another hand where they missed 4 more times, he laughed and tried to make jokes whilst he put my girlfriend through excruciating pain. This place is absolutly unprofessional, if my girlfriend or I was dying I defo would not come here, I’d rather travel all the way to lewisham A&E.

... was sent by 111 with a booked immediate appointment for the 9 m.o. baby and once arrived they said to take a sit and wait .... 4+ hrs wait in the childrens ward in the middle of the night....nurses are rude and tell every single person who asks about how much longer they need to wait "you're the next in line" and then keep calling someone else. You ask again and they snap back at you with witty comments. Havent even had the chance to see how good any of the doctors are. My baby could have died before being seen.. will never come back here again

Terrible place. Doctors genuinely do not care if you're sick. They just want you out asap. Saw doctors AND nurses walking away from paramedics doing handover. Saw one lad HOP after doctor as doctor made his escape through the double doors. 5 minutes later, two doctors were sharing a good chuckle with nothing to do. This is a dangerous place to go if you are sick! Doctors will make decision without asking for medical history. Again, really really dangerous place to go!! Put a complaint in, never heard anything back. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER! **UPDATE** Went there due to shortness of breath. Told nothing wrong with me as couldn’t hear a wheezing (helps if she put he stethoscope where my lungs are. Would also help asking for any medical history. Blood in the mouth every morning for a mouth was never a good sign). Told nothing wrong. Spoke to another doctor (he actually asked for medical history). Scanned. Bottom part of my lung had collapsed. No wheezing as no muscles in lungs working. Had progressed to a chronic condition. Posting addition as (a) the doctors are dangerous here (still received nothing re complaint) and (b) to help anyone else who goes here for help and is turned away. Message to the ‘hospital’. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER.

Unsafe booking in system!! When you arrive you have to take a number and wait to be triage. The staff do not know if you are attending with Central chest pain or a splinter in your finger you have to wait to see triage nurse according to your place in the queue. If it hasn't happened already someone will die in the waiting room whilst waiting for triage
