Purchased Dunlop Gardening Shoes and after 9 months developed a split on the top of one shoe - previous shoes had lasted years. The description on Amazon said "No Quibbles Returns Policy" so I asked for an exchange. A&H simply said it was past the 31 day return period and didn't respond to my explanation that under Consumer Law there was a Legal Warranty that supersedes the return period. Despite a number of messages I got the same reply. Eventually I contacted Amazon direct and they agreed a full return and refund. I suggest be wary of A&H Footwear.

Could not connect with vendor by their phone number to discuss a return after trying about 10 times. Unsatisfactory so decided to rather keep the too- large pair instead and pass them on, just in case the refund process went awry. A bird in the hand....
