One of the worst company I have come across in my whole life. They were sublet contractors for A KENWOOD cooker which developed a fault with the main oven light. Once the appointment was arranged, they decided to text me on the day to say that the appointment needed to br rescheduled as they had to get the parts, so why didn't they do that before making the appointment. Then they took 2 weeks to arrange an engineer to come and visit. No sooner had the engineer knocked on the door on the revised appointment day,he asked the Mrs for a parking permit, she replied to him by saying give me 2 minutes to arrange the digital parking permit,he nonchalantly told her that he is cancelling the job and walked off without even acknowledgement of my wife pleading with him to wait. He then had the audacity to call his office and say he waited 10 mins at the door and no one answered the door bell. Not only did they waste the whole day now I had to chase up the manufacturer to arrange another company to come and fix the oven. We had bought the cooker on 25th March 2023 and it is now 26th April 2023 and still no sign of a working oven on a £700 brand new cooker. How can manufacturer be so careless in giving contracts to these kind of companys who have no regards for customers. Service: Oven repair

Do not use this company. I hired them to have a look at my cooker as there was low gas flow. The engineer came and left after minutes- saying this needed looking into by the gas supplier. The gas supplier required a formal report which and sales repairs just refused to produce! They either kept Ignoring my emails or keep me waiting on the phone without any help! I am appalled by this service.
