1 star is too much. Do not use!! They promise to turn up, then don't come. When chased they make another promise to turn up, then don't. He's made 4 promises in the last 10 days, the latest being at 9:15 this morning. From they way his phone rang I think he is on holiday in Europe. Am going for someone else.

I had an aerial fitted which turned out to be faulty, they visited once to try and repair but the fault is still present. They promise to come back but don't turn up.
