    Very good experience (despite not actually using them). Knew the appliance inside and out and was able to diagnose the issue with me swiftly. Was very clear that they could come out and try several things that would keep it limping on, but very high likelihood that doing so would be good money after bad and ultimately the machine needed to be replaced. Brilliant service and approach overall. Honest, fair and clearly a subject matter expert. Will deffo call them again.
