Visited today, unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. Went in looking for a secondhand chain I was shown two chains that I liked the look of, when I then offered my first offer of 700 for a 900 odd chain to start the bantering process. The lady took the chains away from Me in a flash in an upset manner to then state no! Bye!. The gentleman in the store tried to slow her down in her rush to get away from me, for her to go it's a 900 pound chain!. This is a secondhand jewllers in clacton with absolutely no comprehension of bantering a price. Very disappointed, you have now lost my custom forever
