Would not recommend. I did around 3 shipments with ASR, 2 of which were a disaster. Delays are understandable, but ASR have no control and no visibility over your cargo. It is all third party. The last shipment I did with them I really felt as though I was being mucked around, I kept my patience for a long while before letting them know that I appreciate their work, but I would not be doing another shipment with ASR. From that I was called uneducated in a number of incredibly rude ways, I was also told that I was ill-mannered and would not find another shipping company that would put up with me. ASR know I am just a young girl new to my business, I felt they was incredibly unfair to me when I had kept my patience and was always polite. I have since been using another shipping company and no such problems.
