There have been issues on the way with regards to neighbours, but they have always dealt with them promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner. I'd also like to praise, Pyramid and TSG for fixing any repairs needed, if and when. All in all, I'm happy with A2Dominion. Kudos!

If I could give them less that 1 star I would. I’m currently on 30+ days without any hot water. My partner and 6 month old baby has had to move out but I’ve had to stay in the property for work. I only get to see them once a week and have had to wash dishes using the kettle and take showers at the gym in town. It’s excuse after excuse and they are useless. I’ve not paid my rent this months and they contacted me to ask why. Pretty odd that they can ring for that but can’t let me know when my water will be fixed. When I explained that I had not paid Bcos of the ongoing hot water issue they just said “we don’t know anything about that, We will look into it” which honestly doesn’t surprise me at this point.
