I have had numerous urine infections since having children and have tried every other avenue of treatment over years. Fed up with taking endless antibiotics, I read about the use of vaginal laser helping women with this issue. Im now a month after my final Mona Lisa Touch (MLT) treatment and I am so far thrilled with the results. Its by far the longest time I have not had an infection in years. Mr Taylor was highly knowledgable, professional and kind. He took the time to answer all my queries in full and put me at ease immediately. The procedure was straightforward, painless and the recovery time was minimal. The aftercare was also faultless. MLT has also cured my (mild) stress and urge incontinence issues as a nice side benefit. I cannot recommend Mr Taylor highly enough, thank you! I have suffered most of my life with heavy painful periods and to be honest haven’t been taken seriously by the medical profession until now. Mr A A Taylor was the first person who listened and actually seemed to care. I didn’t realise that so many menopausal women in their 50’s still suffered with this problem. I bled almost continuously which obviously comes with many problems and to be listened and empathised with was magic to my ears. We decided that a full hysterectomy via key hole surgery was the way forward and 7 weeks ago I underwent surgery at the Nuffield Hospital in Bournemouth. It was like being in a hotel and nothing was too much trouble. The surgery went really well and within three days I was home and walking about. Over the next two weeks I increased the distance I was walking until I was doing over 10000 steps daily with no problem. There was little to no bleeding after surgery and now seven weeks on I have started living my life again but free of pain and bleeding, I have even started spinning classes again. It’s certainly changed my life and I’m so very grateful to have been referred to Alex Taylor he’s a top class surgeon.
