My relative had paid for his funeral years ago, so this made things easier. We were put in touch with Abbott & English. Kim was my first contact, she was very kind and very professional. She took us through the procedures and organised things like a minister. Theresa was another contact and was actually in charge at the funeral service. Again very professional and caring. They both made the whole process/day as stress free as they could Would be happy to recommend them to others.
