Terrible service and over priced. I failed to see what they actually provided for us. All the leaseholders bought the freehold and we halved the cost of what Abbott Management were charging overnight. They are also still sending out bills to us from over a year ago that they did not invoice for. New fire safety legislation came in and Abbott, without consulting us, hired an 'inspector' for £2500 a year which when split between 7 flats added a significant amount to our annual bill. They refused to negotiate on the inspector and offered no guidance on how we could reduce the cost. I would avoid this company at all cost.

I would give zero star if possible. Abbott management manages the building of one of my properties and they are by far the rudest and least helpful management agent I have ever encountered. They also have extremely poor plannings skills and are completely incompetent. Please avoid if possible!
