Claire Knop
Adele has taught my daughter classical guitar for the past 8 years (she is now 16) and also teaches me - a mature student. She is really approachable and brings out the best in us both. My daughter is now working towards Grade 7 and I play for pleasure, both singly and as part of a duet, which is immensely enjoyable. Twice a year Adele brings the students together with their families to perform in concert and it's incredible to see how each pupil has developed over the months. There is also an opportunity to play at Basingstoke Music Festival. I cannot recommend Adele highly enough for anyone, young to mature, wanting to learn classical guitar.

Adele teaches my 11 and 7 year olds. They both started playing from the age of 6. She has endless patience, a clear teaching style and will adapt her approach to support the interests of individual children if/when they wobble. She runs Bi-annual concerts and encourages entry into local festivals of music. Both my children love Adele and her lessons, and the music they play is beautiful!

I can thoroughly recommend Adele as a Classical Guitar Teacher. My eldest son began lessons with Adele when he was 7 years old and is now nearly 18. Adele has also been tutoring my second son since he was aged 7, and at age 15 he is currently studying for his grade 7. Inspired by her brothers, my daughter began lessons two years ago and is now studying for her grade 2. Adele has not only tutored them through the Trinity Exam System but has encouraged involvement in numerous local music competitions, regular performances to family and friends, and participation in quartet and trio performances. It is a joy to hear them play, not only to pass exams, but for their own enjoyment. Adele is an approachable, kind, and flexible teacher who has always strived to ensure that our children enjoy learning to play their guitars while simultaneously ensuring that they achieve their potential.
