I had a extension built by this company with two glass velux windows they windows leaked when it rained we asked the company to fix it which they came and added silicon to the windows, the windows leaked again so we asked a surveyor to come and look and was told the windows was for peaked roofs not flat roofs we again called the company to explain our finding and asked for flat roof windows to be put in a to solve the issue we sent a few images to the company to show examples of flat roof windows the company first said they would not pay out but then agreed and sent us a image of a window from one wholesaler we agreed this they came today to install the windows once left we checked the windows and they had installed very cheap plastic windows we immediately contacted the company to say we did not agree plastic windows we paid for glass we agreed the style of windows but under no agreement did we want plastic windows (we paid a lot for glass velux windows) to which we was told you agreed we won’t be doing anything else for you! We paid for glass velux windows we have been left with cheap plastic awful unsightly windows that we never agreed to have I would not reccomend this company as I could actually write so many more things they did wrong within the build we have had no refund for the difference between glass windows and plastic even tho it wasn’t our fault the wrong windows where put in to start with
