Rip off prices, 5 mins (1.5m) drive for £16.80 at 9pm on a Saturday. Never using again. Replying back to your response: It was a local booking it was willesborough to train station. Your taxi wasn’t “high class”, it was exactly the time as any other I have been in. Also wasn’t a busy time as the driver himself said he only have one booking that night.

I’m not convinced they exist anymore… don’t answer the phone, app doesn’t work, can’t pay by card online and booking online and paying via cash allowed to book, only not to be notified that these were immediately cancelled. Had to amend plans last minute because of these issues

I just wanted to say a massive thank you, on behalf of my Family, to Frank at AFM cars for looking after our Wedding Party yesterday. We were having a Wedding Reception at The Secret Garden and staying at the Premier Inn Central, Ashford. The way Frank dealt with a minor problem was superb, no drama, and then accomodating a last minute change in plans to also take the Bride and Groom to their Hotel. Frank was pleasant, punctual, and very considerate, as well as being very reasonable. If you are ever staying in Ashford (and AFM are very near to the Premier Inn Central where we stayed) I thoroughly recommend, and thank, Frank and AFM.

Had booked a taxi from a wedding in Ashford. Driver was very friendly and got me to the station on time. I ended up accidentally leaving my phone in the taxi. The driver was incredibly helpful in helping return the phone to me, going out of his way to deliver it to a friend. Highly recommend, such brilliant service!

Booked a cab online. Received a confirmation email with no other communication. After no taxi turned up, I called the rank and they told me that noone was coming because they don't serve our pick up location and the payment hadn't gone through. To add insult to injury, they've now sent me a booking cancellation email 20 minutes AFTER they were supposed to arrive Very poor communication. Very poor service.
