This is a great club for all ages, abilities and levels of fitness. Children build confidence and have special exercises to work with their growing bodies. Adults can do as much or as little as their fitness level allows. Overall the techniques are about protection not attack so it’s great to work on something that may help one day. It’s also a great place to build friends as the nature of the art means everyone becomes part of the family!
