    Despite having done my son's hair before, refused to do so. Absolutely appalled as my son has a rare disability and I'm sure it goes against the Equality and Diversity Act 2010. Vile treatment of a child. Will be telling everyone of this experience of leaving a child to cry and make him feel like he is some sort of freak. Disgusted. And had been positive prior to this, so disabled friendly, not a chance. Shame on you.
