On my first visit for a major service, York Road, Leeds, a couple of items were missed, I spoke with Pete the manager who asked me to bring it back, at his own time and expense he replaced the oil and filter, he showed me the pollen filters and air filter which were all new, this eased my fears, he also did a oil flush for free, he was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional.

Excellent customer service and products and fitting. I wanted to get some brighter lights. It was easy to order online, with the help of the 'chat' and make sure the bulbs were compatible with my car. I could also arrange and pay for the fitting and book a time slot. And the icing on the cake was that I could pay it off over three months. What more could you want when wanting to drive more safely. Highly recommended and will always use this service, as and when πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘πŸΎπŸ‘ŒπŸΎ.

I booked an appointment to get a wiper blade fitted. I was stood around for 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to deal with me. There was 1 person dealing with another customer but also answering the phone 2-3 times. There were others in the garage area not doing anything that could have helped. When they did deal with me the wiper blade was out of stock and they were having to get this brought from another store. This was very frustrating when I had booked the item and fitting the day before for a specific time, I did expect it to be in stock and ready to be fitted at 4.30. In all I was at the store for 40-50 minutes for a job that took 1 minute. Very frustrating!! Service: General repairs & maintenance
