Alevere has been a revelation! So, so glad I signed up to this. I'm entering week 4 10kg down from my start weight! Having invested financially in the journey and having a string end goal in mind, I'm finding it quite easy to stick to, and I love the weekly treatments, it's like a warm, if firm, massage! The sachets are tasty and genuinely stop you feeling hunger for 4 hours or so. Lots of options of sweet and savoury options, drinks, shakes and hot drinks. Being able to have certain amounts of some fruits is a god send as well, and lots f veggies, I'm feeling healthier than ever! I've seen a huge difference in my shape already, especially around my stomach and waist, can't wait to see what the next 4 weeks deliver!
