All the carers are brilliant except for the odd one or two it's the actual company that's a big disappointment. Over heard a member of staff making racist comments whilst speaking to my relative complained to the company by phone and letter and was told that as I wasn't down as the primary carer there was nothing they could do. Over heard the same woman making similar remarks again the other day so decided to leave this review. Disgusting in my opinion but I doubt the company will do anything again.

Some of the staff are brilliant and they deserve huge praise. But unfortunately those who are rubbish really are rubbish. Management do not return your calls when you complain. My dad was left filthy and was told they would investigate.... Heard nothing.
