Great experience in Allen's E-Bikes. My husband and I wanted E-Bikes for when we go camping in a motor home. We was well informed on what would be suitable to put on the back of the MH . We went on a little test ride and shown how to use the different levels. We ended up buying the bikes and went for a lovely ride on them . Two very happy customers 😀

Cannot thank you enough for offering to run my Bosch e-bike control unit through your diagnostic equipment on Thursday. The unit had stopped functioning and my husband and I thought we would need to purchase a new unit for my Kalkhoff e-bike. In less than 10 minutes the test was complete and my control unit had been updated with the latest Bosch software. This was all that had been required to get the unit working again! Even though I did not purchase my e-bike from you you were willing to do this for me at no charge. Your brilliant customer service went even further as despite not stocking the Kalkhoff brand of e-bike you have said that you would be able to service my e-bike for me when next required. Wow. Thank you again - we’ll be back!

I purchased a great pair of headphones in the shop this morning. I was served by Will who was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I purchased a pair of Shokz OpenRUNPRO, bone conduction, headphones. They are great for listening to any type of audio, whilst still being able to hear what is going on around you. The shop has a great range of accessories available and helpful friendly staff to assist you. 😀

Great shop for everything ebike related. If you’re not sure which bike is for you they have lots of choices available to test ride with great customer service, one to one and no time pressure. Would recommend this shop highly. We made a 160 mile round trip and will do so again when hubby decides he needs an ebike.
