The doctors and nurse were great with their advice and treatment. I would recommend them for this alone. However the experience at Elstree was chaotic- penned into a small waiting area that was noisy (children’s tv very loud), dirty (trampled biscuits/crackers on the floor) and a carousel of parents/children being moved in & out of rooms. If you have young children I’m sure this is perfect for you. If not, come prepared and be calm.
