Hard to believe the positive reviews. Torran and team were hired to a replace a flat roof with GRP and at his suggestion I agreed to have the pitched roof re-tiled. The first picture shows the result within two months, the side of the skylight is not water tight. Tiles were cut too short allowing water to enter (see picture 1 and 2), leak would have been discovered sooner but that room isn't used in the winter. For over a week I have telephoned, left phone messages and sent text messages and emailed. He responded once saying he would come the next day and then that he was on his way. Obviously he didn't turn up and never responded again to my messages and calls. Third picture shows a valley/spout he fitted at such an angle that the water completely misses the gutter below, he promised correct this, but never did. Fourth shows corner gutter collecting water and overflowing, this was damaged by their ladders being rested on the gutter. He refused to accept this and blamed previous builders. I am sure he will try to blame previous tradesmen for everything else. He inspected the job and saw what he would need to do, so he can't blame anyone else. The flat roof is 3m x 3m and pitched roof 3m x 4m, job started early September and completed 9th November. Service: Tile work replacement

I've never had to get a roofer before so when Richard replied to my job I asked when he could come, this was a Saturday, I was delighted when he said he would call that afternoon. He was on time accessed the job made the tiles safe and gave us a quote the same day, outstanding, the job was completed 3 days later. Professional job outstanding work and photos supplied. I don't know the going rate for builders but was more than happy with the quality of the work and the price. Service: Tile work replacement
