Terrible communication And didn’t even bother with my appointment. Just some additional information on what actually occurred. Your driver fails to stop at my address then I had a message saying you can’t make my appointment due to lake of space with is ridiculous. I then called your company and asked about it your response was “that you can’t gain access “ i then said I can just Move the van I would have told the driver but he didn’t bother to stop and ask about it. /terrible Service: Electrical repair

Having a red warning light on our dashboard, we called AMC late Wednesday and the following morning they came round and identified the alternator had failed on our Ford Tourneo. That afternoon they texted us a quotation for fitting a replacement which we accepted and instructed them to order parts. Midday Friday we had a call to say the part was in and that they could fit it that afternoon! The engineer took our van down the road to a layby where he could work under his vans awning as it was pouring with rain. At 4.30 he arrived back with our van working perfectly. Instead of charging us £495 for the repair, the bill was only £455 as the belts didn't need replacing. Such honesty! Such great speedy service, competent work, great communication, their service could not have been bettered! All on a grim Friday afternoon in the pouring rain. Thank you AMC! I had a problem with a lambda sensor . It was sorted within a short period of time at a very reasonable cost. Vauxhall garage had wanted £120 just to diagnose fault and couldn't do that for 2.5 weeks and the part would have been extortionate . So I gladly have given AMC 5 stars and will call them first for any work required on my Corsa. Funnily enough the week after I walked out my door to find him finishing off a job for my next door neighbour so I am not the only person locally that appreciates his work.

Great service. Recommended by another garage. If you need someone who specialises in auto electrics these are the people to use. A normal garage would struggle to fault find your electrics to the extent that AMC did. Top service .
