I've been attending the pilates classes for the last 4 years and whilst they're sometimes hard work (!) they're always good fun. The classes are always professional and cleverly designed to suit all ages and abilities, with care taken to address the health/injury concerns of individuals where necessary. A big thank you to Nicci, Sarah and the rest of the team who went to great lengths to ensure that we were able to continue our classes online throughout the pandemic. Look forward to continuing the classes for many years to come!

I've been doing pilates with Nicci for at least 10 years if not longer. The teaching is excellent, varied and fun. I have also seen Nicci in her physio roll after badly breaking my leg. She was invaluable to my recovery which also benefitted from the years of pilates. It was great that Nicci knew what I was capable of prior to my injury.

Classes cater to all needs and abilities and I feel so much stronger in my core which allows me much improved movement and general wellbeing. I really want to share my excellent experience with Amesbury Physiotherapy Clinic! I first saw Nicci after a hip replacement 4 years ago. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging and I was walking well very quickly. Weekly Pilates classes followed and I am amazed by how my flexibility has improved. The whole team have been fantastic throughout the pandemic and have continued the classes on Zoom. Thank you to Nicci, Sarah, Sam and Emily- a very skilled, sensitive and thoughtful team for your clear classes with just the right amount of challenge!

I have had several years of outstanding Pilates instruction supplied by Amesbury Physiotherapy Clinic, from face-to-face at the beginning to latterly adapting to classes via zoom, instructed by various members of the team there. The classes have been varied, as energetic as I can be, well instructed, welcoming and friendly. Age is not a barrier and ailments and injuries are catered for. Highly recommend to all.
