The warning signs were there... As a waitress was checking us in the manager interrupted and sent her off on another errand. He didn't talk to us but just walked away. Bad manager and the rest follows - cold mash and veg. Out of stock of some items we wished for. And items incorrect when the waitress brought them. True be told the waitress was friendly and apologetic, she was the high point. The chef (and I use the word very loosely) was clueless. We found it all funny and had a good laugh but probably best avoided.

We where staying at the Premier Inn attached to this place. Turned up to an empty restaurant to be told they are fully booked and Turned away! In response: We turned up at 1630 on Friday 12th May for your greeter to flatly turn us away and not offer any other time (same person behind the breakfast counter at 830 on Saturday morning). If we hadn't already paid for the breakfast we wouldn't have gone back! Unfortunately Premier Inn will now loose our custom as well due to this!

Very poor service from start to finish. A piece of plastic in the gravy pot. All staff don't seem to want to be there. We wouldn't go back.
