Hired the peppa pig bouncy castle from this man for my daughters 3rd birthday, it came soaking wet and absolutely covered in mould, like caked from top to bottom in mould so obviously I attempted to clean it as we still wanted a bouncy castle and it was too short notice to hire another one and didn’t want 3 year old children bouncing on something covered in mould. He ignored the voicemails we left about the soaking wet mould covered bouncy castle and arrived the next day to pick it up however, he didn’t tell me he was here and sneakily let himself into my back garden, packed up and left, I only knew because I saw him drive off out my window while I was getting my 1 year old down for a nap upstairs. He left my back gate wide open when he left. I really don’t think it’s professional to let yourself into a customers back garden without their knowledge of you even being there. He did this all to avoid giving any money back, it’s a bad look for a business to be delivering soaking wet mould covered bouncy castles for a 3 year old and then breaking into their property to collect it without letting anyone know you are there. Avoid this man at all costs!!!
