Our pet hamster sadly passed last week, I contacted animals at home and Emma came out the same day to collect him from us and explain the service. She kept me updates through the week and returned his ashes just 5 days later, along with his framed paw prints and a few other things including seeds to plant and a candle to remember our boy with. The whole experience with Animals At Home was fantastic; the love and care even our little hamster was treated with was so greatly appreciated. They made what is a painful time for any pet owner much easier and I cannot recommend them enough - a huge thank you to the team ❤️

Emma has been fantastic, right from our first contact up until the day we got back from our holiday and keys all handed back. She did such a great job at making sure that our beloved cat, Joi, was well looked after and pampered and was sure to send us videos and pictures for every visit. We knew that Emma was the right person to look after Joi, as the first time that Emma came over to meet her, all of our animals rushed to greet her - which is also super unusual for our usually timid house rabbits!! Cannot recommend Emma enough - thanks for putting our minds at ease and doing such a great job! 💖

Brilliant service from start to finish. Considering what can be a daunting prospect of handing over the keys to your home and care of your pets, Emma put our minds at rest with her thoroughly professional approach. We had daily updates via WhatsApp with videos/photos and even helped us with an ant problem that sprung up whilst we were away. Can’t recommend Emma highly enough.

What a fantastic and caring service! We are in quarantine and needed help to pick up our new puppy from Huddersfield - 4.5 hours away. Communication with both us and the breeder was fantastic and both of us received ETA's and puppy photographs from Haley and Arnie. 'Ziggy' was transported in tip top comfort with all Covid Regulations being kept to. We will use you again and would highly recommend you .

Amazing service and extremely professional. Hayley and Arnie emailed all the correct paperwork and made all costs transparent. They transported my puppy over 200 miles and he arrived with us so happy and content. We were given regular text updates throughout their journey and their ETA was spot on. I would have no hesitation recommending them. They are so kind and considerate and made us feel at ease knowing our new addition to the family was in safe hands. Thank you again, which i why i have given you a five star rating (I tried to give 6 stars but there wasn't the option!)

During Covid lockdown we were due to collect our puppy from Crewe to bring back down to Colchester. It was a bit of a logistical problem. The breeder suggested we used a courier service, and said that many people who had bought a puppy from her had used Hayley and Arnies services and had been very pleased and satisfied with them.. So that’s what we did, and now we too are another set of very grateful new puppy owners. Everything about their service was top notch, from the initial communication through to the safe hand over of the puppy.We didn’t meet Arnie as he was in the van but we did meet Hayley, and in person she was as warm, kind and caring as she’d seemed in the email communication we had previously had with her. And their price was extremely reasonable too.
