We recently moved into a new rented property and had the landlords permission to get a second set of keys cut. I was initially unaware the front door had a specialist coded key and local locksmiths quoted much higher prices and lead times of 3-4 weeks. From the moment I contacted APECS, who are the manufacturer of our properties front door lock, their communication was excellent. After filling in their online order form they promptly emailed an itemised invoice and requested payment via bank transfer. They dispatched the key via DPD the same day as the payment was sent and I received it the next day.
