Finally managed to join a long queue to try this cafe, the wait was just over 10 minutes, staff friendly and cafe clean. The food looks beautiful but taste really average, ordered a shakshuka, the bread is fresh, but the shakshuka was over spiced and just different from traditional shakshuka we know. Also ordered pancakes and halloumi fries. The halloumi fries perfect and recommend. Todays pancake was with popcorn, pancake itself really needed syrup, it felt dry. It is over price for the food. I dont think i would return again.

Had to wait around 20-30 mins for a table. Interior is cute and service is great. The drinks and other food were mediocre and overpriced but the main attraction, the pancakes, were really delicious and filling. I would come again just for them and skip everything else.

Food is so yummy! But the receptionist (Elizabeth) ruin our experience by her attitude and the way she ignored us while we asked her to come but she never did! Ensure that your customer experience is superior, as this will last forever!

I actually really enjoyed the food and service and I wouldn't mind waiting , luckily we came at a good time so didn't have to wait long however people were able to skip the Ques in they were friends with the staff seemed unfair to many people especially larger parties or those who have waited a while with children

AVOID AVOID AVOID We waited outside for over an hour with no updates about the queue or how long it was going to take to sit down. We weren’t greeted or anything, instead we went and asked and two members of staff said we would be seated soon but we had to wait for another 10 minutes or so. We then went to our table, and tried to ask for a private seat as it was available but they said no because they were cleaning that part of the restaurant (but the people in that area hadn’t received their food and actually received it at the same time as us) sat down and quickly ordered as we had checked the menu online. No one came and asked us, we had to call them. But the food still took a while to come. You also have to get your own water even though there were multiple servers. Then the drinks came and they were ok but my hot chocolate was cold. Then the food came and it was mediocre. The crossaint dish was 3/5 but the shakshuka was NOT a shakshuka. We then waited around for the bill (which we thought they’d come and give, seeing as they took our plates without asking if we were finished) but we had to ask again. When we Said we didn’t want to pay service charge, because of all the points above, the lady asked why and told us that were our taking away money from their servers but they get a wage from them anyway and it is not our job to pay them. Really really disappointed in them tbh as I heard quite nice things about the menu but the staff and vibes, alongside the dishes that are not named authentically, really let them down.
