Same review for same company working under slightly different name: Gave a quote for a smaller job, which dramatically increased once the roof had been ripped up. Pressured us for the payment and tried to get us to agree to unnecessary extra work. Poor quality repairs were rushed through and had to be totally redone by a proper roofer. Clear up was done with no health and safety in mind, with materials thrown onto the street. No invoice, receipt or guarantee given despite assurances. They kept ignoring our calls and letters. No professionalism, no consideration for others. A shambles from start to finish. Avoid at all costs. Service: Roof installation

They were very quick to press us for the money. On day one they wanted half a payment. On day two they demanded nearly the full payment even though the job wasn't even halfway completed. They threatened they would walk off the job if we didn't pay them. They came up with an 'unexpected issue ' for which they wanted to charge extra £4500. In fact it was a small job and nothing what they said they would do was in fact done. When confronted Michael became aggressive and rude. When they were paid, they didn't show up. They left the job unfinished. They stopped answering our calls and messages. Rude, arrogant, intimidating behaviour. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Service: Roof installation
