Sold a subaru wrx perrin intercooler to a chap in Bristol. The currier wouldn't accept liability on damage when delivering the parcel even though I had video proof the parcel was carried incorrectly and dropped when he arrived at the customers door. Looked for someone local for the customer to get the damaged repaired and come across Geoff's business. Called him up, he listened to my dilemma and was able to help me and my customer out.
