Decent shop, price on shelf can sometimes be different at checkout which is annoying. Staff are mostly nice but sometimes can be a bit pathetic and don’t seem to like teenagers being in (whether they cause trouble or not) just what I have seen btw. Customer service is pretty good if you are confused or need help with something. I do love the grab and go section!!! In addition, the McDonalds is dreadful, many occasions have I been served food that seems to be undercooked, overcooked, out of date etc. I have had many unusual McFlurrys and once was served an either (I’m not sure which) raw/very undercooked chicken legend (grey and cold). This later led to me being quite ill for the following days. Overall not bad but could be better.

My mother and I went to Asda yesterday 16/4/23 , now my mother is 86 years old ,we wanted to go through the tills only the queue’s were very long . I had a full trolley of my own shopping so we had no choice but to go through the self scan then a lovely member of staff offered to help my mother with her shopping on the self scan , I think her name was Carol and I know she has been there at Asda Benton for years .
