Refused to give me a refund for a product they missold, their reason: it would be illegal to give me a refund because they weren’t supposed to be trading.... they claimed that the website makes this clear but when I tried to show them on my phone that you can go through the whole buying process never coming across a screen which tells you that you don’t have the right to return an item, they accused me of trying to covertly record them and ran into the back room. Finally got refund after contacting the law firm Argos retain, would advise you to do the same instead of dealing with these inbreeds
