I’m going to start leaving reviews whenever I encounter rude people now, as there’s simply no excuse. Even when I’m having a bad day, I don’t take it out on everybody else. I went to the ‘Collection Point’ as I’d already paid online, but the lady couldn’t even be bothered to speak to me and just aggressively pointed at the queue for the checkouts instead. The man at the checkout appeared confused why I was in the queue when I already paid online (as was I). Both had sour faces and a miserable attitude. What is wrong with people? Update: just visited 3 years later and staff are rude as ever. Sarcastic, miserable and obviously can’t be bothered. Will buy on Amazon instead.

Bought a floor lamp that seems to have been opened, partly assembled and returned, not knowing at the time of purchase. Also bought "and often sold together" light bulbs to go with but they were the wrong fitting for the lamp. Then told I should have checked the packaging and the pairing of the advertised bulbs. Poor show Argos. Probably won't shop there for a while.....

Purchased an out door light fitting item 938/2334 doesn't come with bulb. Argos don't sell bulb had to drive around for an hour to B&Q, WIKES, MORRISONS did stock it. Very poor service from Argos.

Not impressed placed an order on the 21st of November to be delivered on the 29th a time of between 7.30am and 9pm was given 10.15pm still a no show no email or text to say what is happening with the order. It was going to a care home so l wasn't overly pleased that it was going to be delivered that late but the care home was fine about it . And if l could have l would have given no star's just for the lack of communication. .
