1992. I was leaving Berkeley Square after having been to the AIB. By the railings, was a pile of binbags. And there, rummaging through them, was the biggest rat I have ever seen. It's tail, at the root, was the thickness of my thumb. It was the size of an average Yorkshire Terrier. Almost thirty years later I can still see it.

I've got to hand it LEO, they certainly know how to pick the most elegant and congenial young women to work for them - I mean it's really mesmerising, but when it comes to office quality and value for money... this is not the place to go. Unless you're paying to have "Mayfair" in your address (in which case you deserve to be ripped off), I would be looking elsewhere. Thankfully I don't work here, nor have I ever had an office here, but regrettably do have clients that do, and so I'm infrequently visiting 23 Berkeley Square, and there are a number of issues that concern me (I recently managed to sway yet another client from making the mistake of joining): 1. What justifies the extortionate office rates? 2. Who pitches "leading technology" when they don't even have fibre-optic broadband? For that price you could have FTTP for each tenant! 3. That office furniture is not considered "luxury" by any standard, it's barely average... Properly pompous and blatantly boastful.
