They are awful, know someone currently renting and have been for over a year and all it has been is accusations of damage to the property that haven't been made by them and its just by assumption, presumably because they are a dss tenant. Trying to charge them for damages that were not made by them and get mad when they refuse to pay. Had complaints about noise from their son who is 4 which is ridiculous and he can hardly play now. They would love to rent somewhere else but nowhere is accepting dss and if they are the rent is too much.

I rented a place with Arkasian for 18 months from April 2018. They originally presented as friendly then the facade quickly wore off. It was as though they picked a fight with me: I have had court cases (still ongoing), reported them to The Property Ombudsman and sought advice from the Information Commissioners Office, ICO to force them to provide me with a copy of a rent reference that I requested and they charged me £150 for. Thank fully TPO requested they repay me this money. They clearly lied in some cases pertaining to the court case, and I can prove this; and they seemed hell bent on being disparaging about me. Poor them. Beware. If you are reading this review, hopefully you have dodged a bullet.
