Alfie is fab, he is straight talking, down to earth and knows his stuff. He went above and beyond for me, something I know most garages would never have done. Doesn't over charge and explains everything in simple terms so someone like me whos only knows basic knowledge on cars can understand. When he changed my Cat converter and back box he showed me everything that was wrong with it. Prior to going to Alfie I had taken this to halfords because my engine management light was on who changed my spark plugs, this took the light off for all of 20 mins a turn off and on of the engine and it was back on, after speaking to them they said their process is start with the cheapest thing to replace (even if its not the problem by then its too late as they have already changed the parts) after this i took it to an independent garage who told me it was something else which was another very expensive thing to replace. I then took it to Peugeot who diagnosed the CAT and few other minor faults their price was racking up to 2k+ for the cat and the minor problems plus the £130 diagnostic charge, Alfie charged half that and it sorted my engine management light. Will certainly go back.

It says peugeot specialist I took my car regarding a Add blu issue. I paid for it to get diagnosed and apparently fixed problem. 4 days later same engine light came back on. Rang back to find out what's happened. Because same codes etc were showing. Told me I would have to pay all over again for them to look at.. so basically the diagnosis or the work carried out had no warranty. All thy really did was reset engine light. And said carried out this and that only for it come straight back with few days.

Alf is the man when it comes to your Pugs. Had a 207 GT prior to getting my 208 GTI 30th and they did all the work on that to a high, professional standard for a reasonable price. First issue with my GTI and they’ve fixed it within the day. As long as I’m driving a Peugeot, that’s where it will go. Thanks again lads!
