    Wouldn’t recommend any other company than arrow my experience with them has been great! Couldn’t have asked for a better instructor than Paul I was always so worried about starting lessons as I am an anxious person and didn’t think I’d ever get the hang of driving but Paul really makes you feel comfortable he’s so down to earth and just genuinely a good teacher i wouldn’t have gotten this far without him can’t thank him and the arrow team enough!

    After two fails with two other training providers I had lost confidence but I still had the motivation to move up a Class to the C+E just remember even with HGV experience it’s no sprint finish. Mick the instructor doesn’t over elaborate, has great patience and concentrates on your faults Definitely recommend...!

    Poor quality service training, no keeping shedelud time training, manipulation in hours training, maekel was not a expected instructor, not advised, it should be inspection for losing hours not trained and paid ARROW steal driving hours directly and look for any reason for not to return your money, is not advised

    What a shocking experience I've had with this company in April 22 after spending over £1000 with my instructor at the time he informed me his car had broken down and couldn't do my test with just 3 days notice. I managed to change the test and proceeded to message him back to be told he has a new job and wouldn't be teaching me any further or doing my test. Arrow failed to get me an instructor in time so I had to reschedule my test for October due to the back log. The back log wasn't arrows fault but despite calling at least once a month from April to now they have still failed to get me an instructor to have any further lessons with or complete my test. £1000 I now feel I've wasted with this company as I effectively have to restart learning to drive. I'll give the staff some credit when I've called they where always polite but the false promise of "your next on the list" or your the "top priority" has become a joke. As a result of there negligence to me as a customer I now have to rebook my practical test for a second time and given the huge back log will need to resit my theory test too. I've given Arrow the benefit of the doubt for months on end but no more
