I cannot praise or recommend Arrow enough. I recently undertook a huge move - physically and metaphorically - and had a lot of questions! Steve was always prompt to respond, reassuring and meticulous. The move itself was refreshingly smooth - Steve's team are pros but also very friendly and relaxed. As for value for money - I did a lot of shopping around and would be surprised if you'll get a better deal, much less a quote from an operation as high quality as Arrow.

We used Arrow Removals to Collect and store our furniture while we went aboard to work for a year. Communication with Steve was excellent and we have just had everything returned now we are back. I cant recommend these guys enough, everything placed in the rooms we wanted, no damage to anything, all the prices agreed before we went into store with no hidden extras. 100% great value.

We were really impressed with Steve and his team. On the day, they were hard-working, friendly and professional. Before moving day, Steve was very accommodating and responsive, arriving the next day with extra boxes when we ran out and promptly answering all our queries. We had a number of quotes for the removal, and Arrow were by far the price. Would definitely recommend.
