The shop is nicely furnished. Receptionist was friendly. The barber, sadly, seemed uninterested and distracted while cutting my hair. He was talking on the phone through Bluetooth headphones constantly, at time walking away while cutting my hair, felt like I was interrupting his conversation when I would speak. Was a little dismissive when I tried suggesting what kind of haircut I wanted, as if it was a chore. Let the experience down. Haircut unremarkable. Services: Hair shape up, Fade cut

I walked in, without booking, and was lucky: only had to wait one minute. Hannibal is a friendly, cheerful, intelligent barber who knows what he's doing. He shaved the back and sides of my head very precisely, and cut the hair on top with a few well-aimed snips. No endless fiddling and quasi-surgical hocus. Simply skilful, targeted shaving and cutting -- without using the thinning shears. An, for your reassurance: Hannibal won't eat you ;-) Services: Custom cut, Beard maintenance

Long story short, I came to get a hair and bead done. It was done very well! This hidden barbers is down the side street and you won't recognise it at first🧐, but once you're inside you know you're in the right place. A warm greeting and a selection of cold drinks on offer, unsure if they offer hot drinks🥃. It wasn't busy at the time I went and it was onna Friday (about 6pm). You can book and pay I believe, before you go if you want to get a definite appointment time ⌚, you can also choose who you'd like to have but this depends on their level of skill I believe as there's three tiers: Head barber 💈 Senior barber 💈 Barber 💈 I think that it also depends on which barbers are in on the day you book, but I would not know as I walked in. Being that my appointment was a walk in once I'd been allocated a barber, who's name was Skar (hope I spelt that right). Very pleasant guy who asked what I'd like and even suggested the right cutting lengths for my style✂️. Once I'd said what I'd like, away he went. I believe I was there for 20-30mins that is without the waiting time which was about 10ish minutes. Music choice didn't bother me but I'll mention it, during my visit the main genre played was Hip-hop. I am assuming and mean no harm or down points to it but I guess they also play RnB/Grime/Rap vibes. Don't let this put you off! Once Skar had completed his work it was tike for me to pay. Being that this is what I'd class as an "up market" place, the price I paid was £28! 🙌🏾 To me for the level of service and attention to detail Skar paid to my hair, I was happy to pay £30 as a very minor expression to his service! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE for a trim and I WILL BE RETURNING at some point. 💯 Side note: I only told the staff I'd be leaving my review once I had my haircut, and this review is my honest thoughts on this shop! 💯.
